I obtained my real estate license in 1998. I have been associated with 2 other brokers in the past. I truly believe that King Realty Group is the best choice for an agent seeking a place to license and anybody looking to buy or sell any type of property. The reason that I believe that we are the company for all agents and all people is that our mission is win/win for the agent and win/win for the client. We have 30 agents who have years of combined experience in investment property, multi-family, land, new construction, commercial as well as re-sale residential. Before deciding on a broker...
Before deciding on a broker, I interviewed with several
and also talked with many agents about how they felt the vision of their real
estate company differed from others. In
all of my research I never came across any agents that were as pleased with
training and broker availability or that were as genuinely welcoming as the
agents at King Realty Group. I have been
with King since obtaining my license in Nov 06 and couldn't imagine ever being
anywhere else. The bi-weekly training
and continued support from my co-workers has, I believe, what has aided my
success the most. What matters the most
to me at King with the exception of Kevin's dedication to making sure all of
the agents are prepared to succeed is the importance of ethics in business; if

I had already been a Realtor for several years when I
joined King Realty Group. I only wish
that I had been offered the training provided at King Realty Group back when I
started in this business.
If I could compare the experience our new agents are having compared to the experience I had when I started, and having to figure out this business on my own, I would say it's the difference between "hoping"
to be successful in this business and "planning" to be successful in this business.
To use another example, believe it or not, it's a fact that most people can complete a marathon of 26.2 miles. It's simply all in the training. But who do you think would be more successful, a person who simply "hopes" to complete a marathon, or a person who trains for it for 6 months, and then takes it on? The same can be said of real estate. You can "hope" to be successful and "hope" that the right business will walk in the door or "hope" that your phone will ring, but Kevin provides us with all of the training to assure that we will have the best possible tools for success in real estate. From his yearly "one-on-one" sessions, where he helps you determine your goals for the year, and then breaks it down into monthly, weekly, and daily goals that you should be meeting, to the twice a week training sessions, we at King Realty Group are given a very workable "plan" and provided with all of the necessary tools that practically assures our success in real estate!
