I obtained my real estate license in 1998. I have been associated with 2 other brokers in the past. I truly believe that WEICHERT REALTORS - King Realty Group is the best choice for an agent seeking a place to license and anybody looking to buy or sell any type of property. The reason that I believe that we are the company for all agents and all people is that our mission is win/win for the agent and win/win for the client. Our agents are the most well trained, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We take our win/win approach to all that we do for each other in our office, for all our transactions with other real estate companies and with all of our clients.

We have 30 agents who have years of combined experience in investment property, multi-family, land, new construction, commercial as well as re-sale residential. Kevin and Elizabeth set the standard by practicing what they preach....they work hard to provide agents with all of the tools and incentives that they need to be successful. The atmosphere of the office is motivating, inspirational and genuinely caring. The office policies, practices and procedures are fair and equal for all agents. The website that they have created is awesome for us as agents and provides the latest on everything relating to real estate and our community for the consumer, the citizen, the newcomer and people who are looking to move into our area. It is truly head and shoulders above the rest and is being continually updated.

Everyone is willing to help each other with pictures, flyers, measurements, the mls website, signs, open houses, floor duty and all information is shared between us to help all of us save time and better service our clients.

Before deciding on a broker, I interviewed with several and also talked with many agents about how they felt the vision of their real estate company differed from others. In all of my research I never came across any agents that were as pleased with training and broker availability or that were as genuinely welcoming as the agents at WEICHERT REALTORS - King Realty Group. I have been with King since obtaining my license in Nov 06 and couldn't imagine ever being anywhere else. The bi-weekly training and continued support from my co-workers has, I believe, what has aided my success the most. I had already been a Realtor for several years when I joined WEICHERT REALTORS - King Realty Group. I only wish that I had been offered the training provided at WEICHERT REALTORS - King Realty Group back when I started in this business.
If I could compare the experience our new agents are having compared to the experience I had when I started, and having to figure out this business on my own, I would say it's the difference between "hoping"to be successful in this business and "planning" to be successful in this business.

To use another example, believe it or not, it's a fact that most people can complete a marathon of 26.2 miles. It's simply all in the training. But who do you think would be more successful, a person who simply "hopes" to complete a marathon, or a person who trains for it for 6 months, and then takes it on? The same can be said of real estate. You can "hope" to be successful and "hope" that the right business will walk in the door or "hope" that your phone will ring, but Kevin provides us with all of the training to assure that we will have the best possible tools for success in real estate.
