Kevin went way beyond what a realtor should do
Recently I received the enclosed survey regarding my experience with your real estate agency and the real estate agent, Kevin King. I am writing because I do not think the questionnaire adequately addresses my experience with the real estate agent.
From my first meeting with Kevin he was honest and straight forward about the listing and what he would do to sell the property. Kevin came prepared with recent sales of property in the Charleston area and was able to give us a price range of property selling in the area. Kevin explained the contracts and related items to us before we signed them.
Kevin told me the various avenues available to sell the house. Every item I checked on was done as Kevin said it would be done and in a timely manner.
In my opinion, Kevin went way beyond what a realtor should do. I’m thankful Kevin worked so hard to sell the property in these adverse conditions.
I believe Kevin King works at trying to be aware of situations that might arise and what actions he needs to take if a situation arises. I believe Kevin King is an asset to your firm.
