We are very pleased!

We wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with Janet Richards! She is truly a wonderful representative, and for the first time since we have been in Fort Smith (we have been here since 1987), we feel we had the best realtor available in the area.

From the moment Janet first came to list our home, we were very comfortable with her. Her professional yet non-push approach is refreshing and we were confident with her from the beginning. When we sold our home in about 4 days, we couldn't believe it! We weren't even sure, due to some past circumstances, that we could get into another home. After discussing this a bit with Janet, she referred us to Rose Catalano at Patriot Mortgage. What great advice! She was wonderful and worked really hard with us to secure our financing.

Once we had spoken with Rose, Janet let us look through the listings, and we found 3 homes we wanted to see. She listened to what we wanted and immediately set up appointments for us to see those three. We knew the minute we walked in the first home that this was the one for us. Throughout the purchasing process, we called Janet a lot, but she always returned our calls and never acted annoyed.

Janet worked with us through everything, keeping us informed and doing all she could to help. She made the right calls, worked all hours and got everything done in a very short period of time!

There is so much more that I could say, but we want to let you know how happy we are with Janet. Believe me - we have seen some other realtors in action, and there is no comparison.
