Kevin King joined the Real Estate industry in July of 2002. Having spent the previous 7 years in the Internet & communications business with companies like IPA.net, OneMain.com, Earthlink and Newroads Telecom, Kevin understands today’s technology and uses it to the fullest in his career as a full time residential and commercial Realtor®. Kevin communicates with a number of clients strictly via email and is very in tune with the latest technology available to Realtors® to maximize customer service to the client. In addition to being a full-time Realtor®, Kevin manages 15 of his own rental properties, and enjoys camping, duck-hunting, fishing and flying single engine airplanes. Kevin is married to Elizabeth Bone King and they have 3 children: Mackenzie, Jackson and Caroline. Both Kevin and Elizabeth are from Fort Smith and have lived in the Fort Smith area most of their lives.
Since becoming a Realtor® in 2002, Kevin has earned his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), Graduate of the Arkansas Realtors® Leadership Academy (GRLA) and is currently working towards other residential and commercial designations including CCIM and GRI. In his first 2 years in the real estate business, Kevin successfully closed over 80 transactions and $12,000,000 in sales, with over $5 million currently listed for sale. In 2006 Kevin was voted “Realtor of the Year” for the Fort Smith Board of Realtors® an in September of 2003 Kevin was voted by the Fort Smith Board of Realtors “2003 Rookie of the Year”.
Kevin is also President of the Fort Smith Board of Realtors and Past-Chairman of the MLS Committee for the FS Board of Realtors as well as a member of the Arkansas Realtors® Association Professional Standards and Grievance Committee.
